Loves Rubberstamps - May Flowers Challenge

Good Morning Friends!

Well, last month you seen the April Showers Challenge from Loves Rubberstamps.  Well, this week it is time for May Flowers.  So come on over and show us your creations with flowers!

Our sweet sponsor, Birdie Brown provided us a few images to play with this week. I fell in love with this little Boy with a Rose image.  He looks so young and innocent.  I printed him out on cryogen paper and after he was colored with copics, I fussy cut him out.  I used the My Favorite Things Round Banner die to give him a window.  I am loving that die, it has so many uses.  I used all Simple Stories Fabulous collection for the paper.  It is finished with lace, twine, flower and pearls.

Copics used:
Skin:  E000, E00, E11, E13
Hair:  E02, E08, E18, E19
Hat:  YR12, YR15, YR18, E71, E74, E77
Flower:  G21, G24, G99, R81, R83, R85, R89
Shirt:  BG13, BG49, YR15, YR18, YR21, Y21, Y28

I used matching paper on the inside and added some flourishes to the tag with Tim Holtz Distress ink in Peeled Paint, Worn Lipstick and inked the edges with Walnut Stain.  All the fun is tied up with ribbon and twine.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!  We hope you will join us for the  May Flowers Challenge this week!

Blessings until next time...
Athina
