Welcome back to my blog!
I hope you are having a great day!
Our sponsors this week:
I am using the digi image I Love You This Much generously
provided by Fred She Said. The image
is printed on cryogen paper and colored with copics. The background papers are by Echo Park, This
& That. I decided that this image
would be really cute on a chipboard bookmark. So I cut out a few pieces of
kraft cardstock with a Spellbinders Scalloped Oval die. I also cut out the background paper with the
same die. I taped all the layers
together and put a ribbon in the middle, forming a bookmark. Now, I know not a lot of people use bookmarks
these days with the Nooks & Kindles, but we all still have cookbooks or
other books we use, right?
I have used the following copics:
Skin: E000, E00, E11
Hair: E02, E08, E09,
YR27
Dress: E40, E41, E43
(and a little bit of stickles)
Shoes: E41, E43, E44
Ok, now it is your turn.
How does this picture speak to you?
Come on over and show us at {PIN}spirational Challenges! We would love to see your beautiful
creations!
I would like to enter this in the following challenges:
Robyns Fetish - Use Ribbon or Twine
Hotshot Craft - Anything but a card

ReplyDeleteHi Athina. Great idea to do a bookmark (yes, and I agree with you - although I have a kindle I still have plenty of need for real bookmarks. ) This is a lovely shape with a pretty trim.
